These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Earno website, applications and services (together, the "Service"), operated by Earno ("Earno", "we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account, accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your country of residence. The Service is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly permit them to register. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful where you live. If it is not, you must not use it.
Earno is a rewards ("get-paid-to") platform. Third-party advertisers, offer networks and survey providers ("Providers") make tasks, offers, games and surveys ("Offers") available through the Service. When you complete an Offer, the Provider may pay Earno, and Earno credits a portion of that to your account balance. Earno is an intermediary. We do not control the Offers, their availability, their terms, their tracking, or whether a Provider ultimately pays. Offer availability and payout amounts vary by country and Provider and may change or be withdrawn at any time without notice.
Rewards are credited only when we receive a valid, confirmed completion notification ("postback") from the relevant Provider. Crediting depends entirely on third-party tracking that we do not control. Completions may fail to track or be rejected for many reasons, including but not limited to ad blockers, VPNs or proxies, private-relay features, cookies being disabled, starting an Offer outside the Earno link, or the Provider determining the action was invalid. We do not guarantee that any Offer will track, credit, or pay, and we are not liable where it does not.
Rewards may first appear as pending and become available only after a clearing period, during which a Provider may reverse the completion.
If a Provider reverses, claws back or charges back a previously credited Offer, or if we reasonably determine that a credit was erroneous, fraudulent or invalid, we may debit the corresponding amount from your balance, which may result in a negative balance. A negative balance blocks withdrawals until it is cleared by subsequent valid earnings. We may also offset amounts owed across your activity.
Welcome bonuses, referral rewards, leaderboards, streaks, promo codes and similar features are optional incentives offered at our discretion, may be changed or withdrawn at any time, and may carry their own conditions. Referral rewards are paid by us and are not deducted from the referred user. Any bonus obtained through abuse, self-referral or misrepresentation may be voided.

We may withhold or forfeit balances, cancel withdrawals, and suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are engaged in fraud or any prohibited conduct, without notice and without liability.
You are solely responsible for determining, reporting and paying any taxes that apply to rewards you receive. Earno does not provide tax advice.
Offers, brands, games and content are provided by third parties. Earno is not affiliated with, and does not endorse, the brands shown, and is not responsible for third-party products, services, terms, privacy practices, or the accuracy of any Offer description. Your dealings with Providers are solely between you and them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that any Offer will be available, track, or pay. You use the Service at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Earno and its officers, employees and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, earnings, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, uncredited or reversed Offers, or the conduct of any Provider. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount available in your account balance at the time the claim arose, or (b) USD 50.
You agree to indemnify and hold Earno harmless from any claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, and close your account, at any time, with or without cause. On termination for fraud or breach of these Terms, any pending or available balance may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms; the updated version takes effect when posted, and your continued use constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date above.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [TBC], without regard to conflict of law rules, and the courts of [TBC] shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
