The useful axis is not “how much” but “how much, how soon, and what does it cost you to start”.

The two ends of this table get confused constantly. A page that lists “complete surveys” next to “build an affiliate site” as though they are alternatives is not being useful — one pays $3 tonight, the other pays nothing for a year and then possibly a lot.
